• Work on synergy assessment, operating costs due diligence, and more!

What you'll be doing:

• Managing operational due diligence and post-merger integrations


• Analyzing operating models and financial info


• Applying your project management skills in M&A processes


• Problem-solving and mitigating risks


• Collaborating with stakeholders and building client relationships

What we're looking for:

• Experience in professional services, management consulting, or M&A


• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking


• Excellent communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
