Hey there! We're looking for a passionate Counter Manager to join our DRUNK ELEPHANT team at Sephora in Eldon Square, Newcastle. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative skincare brand under the SHISEIDO GROUP.



What's the gig about?



  • You'll be the face of Drunk Elephant, spreading the love for our ingredient-elimination philosophy 💖

  • Manage and grow our counter, hitting those sales targets like a boss

  • Coach and develop your team to be skincare superstars

  • Work closely with the Area Manager to create killer business plans



What we're looking for:



  • A retail management pro with a passion for skincare

  • Someone who can communicate effectively and inspire others

  • A go-getter who's not afraid to think big and take risks
