Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Customer Service Team Lead to join our growing fintech startup in London. If you're passionate about helping people build wealth and love leading teams, this could be your dream job!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Managing a team of 5-10 customer support rockstars 🎸

  • Hitting those sweet, sweet CS targets and KPIs

  • Juggling customer contacts like a pro circus performer

  • Being the go-to guru for all things Chip products

  • Collaborating with other departments to make our app even more amazing



What We're Looking For:



  • A natural leader who can motivate remote teams

  • Someone who loves data and using it to make smart decisions

  • A problem-solving ninja with mad communication skills

  • A regulatory whiz (FCA, GDPR, KYC/AML – oh my!)

  • Most importantly: Someone who's genuinely excited about Chip and our mission!
