Job Description

Hey there, creative minds! 👋



DAKOTA HOUSE OF DESIGN is on the lookout for an awesome Architectural Technician/Principal Designer to join our award-winning team in Newcastle! 🏆



What's the gig?



  • Whip up detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD

  • Collaborate with the cool cats in architecture and engineering to bring design concepts to life

  • Be the project coordination guru, keeping everyone in the loop

  • Make sure our designs are up to snuff with building regulations

  • Get out and about on site visits to keep things running smoothly

  • Rock the paperwork game with top-notch documentation skills

  • Be the Principal Designer superhero under building regulations



What we're looking for:



  • A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or something similar

  • At least 3 years of experience in an architectural practice, with a focus on hospitality and leisure

  • Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods

  • A way with words - both written and spoken
