What's the gig about?

You'll be the go-to person for our customers and suppliers when it comes to account stuff. You'll be working directly under our company Accountant, handling payments, chasing up late payers, and making sure our daily targets are met. It's a fun role where you'll get to work closely with our Customer Service, Production, and Purchasing teams!

What you'll be doing:

• Juggling bank accounts - daily and monthly reconciliations


• Playing detective - debt collection and debtor management


• Keeping our suppliers happy - managing payments and relationships


• Mastering the money flow - handling Accounts Payable and Receivable


• Keeping things organized with filing and scanning


• Lending a hand with other accounting tasks as needed


• Being a safety superhero - following OHS policies and creating a safety-first culture

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Commerce)


• 2+ years of experience as a Junior Finance Officer


• A team player who can work well with other departments


• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)


• Computer savvy with MS Office skills (especially Excel)


• A logical thinker with problem-solving superpowers


• Eagle-eyed attention to detail
