SEDGWICK IRELAND is on the hunt for a Claims Handler with Direct Settlement Injury experience to join their team in Dublin! 🍀

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of Motor Liability, Employer Liability, Public Liability injury/damage, and Personal Accident claims


• Making decisions on policy indemnity, investigation, legal liability, quantum, reserving, and settlement strategy


• Targeting claims for direct settlement with claimants or their legal representatives


• Managing claims through the Injuries Board process and litigation


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and internal procedures

What you'll need:

• APA Qualification in Personal and Commercial Insurance


• 2+ years experience in handling similar claims portfolios


• Strong technical knowledge of liability claims handling


• Excellent understanding of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and litigation processes
