Hey there, brand enthusiast! We're looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Strategy to join our awesome team at MEESHO. If you're passionate about building a brand that'll stand the test of time and be loved by value-conscious shoppers across India, this might be your dream job!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Growth Strategy: Dive deep into data and user research to find exciting opportunities for MEESHO

  • Annual Planning: Guide cross-functional teams and create killer communication strategies

  • Brand Building: Refine our brand code and ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Problem Solving: Identify gaps and opportunities using data and user insights

  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives and bring ideas to life



What We're Looking For:



  • 3+ years experience in core brand management for national brands

  • A track record of creating campaigns that users love and drive results

  • Background in top Tech, FMCG, or scaled D2C brands in India

  • MBA from a top-tier B-School is a plus, but not required
