What You'll Be Doing:




  • Affiliate Program Management: You'll be the mastermind behind our affiliate program, bringing in new influencers and making sure everyone's happy (and paid on time)! 💼

  • Influencer Outreach: Get ready to schmooze with micro and macro influencers across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. It's all about building those relationships! 🤝

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute killer campaigns that'll have our traffic and sales skyrocketing! 📈

  • Data Analysis: Put on your detective hat and dive into the numbers to optimize our campaigns. 🕵️‍♀️

  • Collaboration: Work with our awesome marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to make magic happen! ✨



What We're Looking For:




  • 1-4 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing

  • A knack for affiliate marketing tools and metrics

  • Awesome communication skills (because you'll be chatting with influencers all day!)

  • Data-driven mindset (numbers are your friends!)

  • Passion for all things beauty, fashion, and lifestyle (major bonus points!)
