Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Retail Leader to join our crew at the Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale store. If you're passionate about home improvement and love leading a team, this could be your perfect gig!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Overseeing specific departments (we'll let you know which ones!)

  • Ensuring top-notch customer service - every customer, every time! 😊

  • Coaching and developing your team

  • Keeping our store looking sharp with great merchandising

  • Working with suppliers and managing inventory

  • Helping out with budgets and cost control



What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of retail experience

  • Proven leadership skills - you've led teams of 10+ before

  • A friendly, can-do attitude

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Flexibility to work weekends and align with our trading hours
