Job Description

Join the GLENCORE AUSTRALIA Team as a Mine Dispatch Coordinator! 🏗️



Hey there! Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the mining industry? GLENCORE AUSTRALIA is looking for a Mine Dispatch Coordinator to join their team at the McArthur River Mine. This role is perfect for someone who loves coordinating operations and keeping things running smoothly!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Coordinating the movement of mining equipment, vehicles, and personnel

  • Maintaining constant communication with mine supervisors and operators

  • Ensuring safety compliance and coordinating emergency responses

  • Managing data and optimizing equipment utilization

  • Providing training and support to dispatch staff and operators



What You'll Need:



  • S1, S2, S3 Certificate or equivalent

  • 5+ years of opencut mining experience

  • Proficiency with Modular Mining fleet management tools

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
