• Experience: Fully qualified with senior Chef experience or 2-3 years as a Sous Chef

• Flexibility: Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends

What You'll Do:

• Lead menu development and preparation for brunch, lunch, and dinner


• Oversee our cabinet food offerings


• Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting and cost control


• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations


• Build and motivate our kitchen team
