Hey there! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the world of employee benefits? AON is searching for a talented Pension and Risk Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of virtual and office work.



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Providing top-notch administration services to our clients

  • Overseeing renewals and managing claims

  • Engaging with members and handling queries

  • Supporting our awesome Pension and Risk consultants

  • Managing insurers and keeping up with legislation



What We're Looking For:



  • 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits or a similar field

  • Strong technical knowledge in Healthcare, Pension, or Risk

  • QFA qualification (or working towards it)

  • Excellent IT and communication skills
