What You'll Be Doing:



  • Tackling diverse legal matters

  • Providing expert advice (you're the guru, after all!)

  • Representing clients in important cases

  • Mentoring and training team members (time to share that knowledge!)

  • Building relationships within the organization



What We're Looking For:



  • A law degree and current practicing certificate (obviously!)

  • Tons of experience in employment law across different industries

  • A track record of representing clients in the ERA or Employment Court

  • People skills that would make a diplomat jealous

  • A knack for mentoring and leading others

  • Experience in a chargeable/billing environment
