Hey there! We're looking for a Network Operations Specialist to join our awesome Customer Experience Management (CEM) team. This is your chance to be part of something big and make a real difference in how our customers experience our network.



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Keeping an eagle eye on our system performance 🦅

  • Solving technical puzzles and helping customers

  • Performing regular system maintenance (it's like giving our network a spa day!)

  • Spotting ways to make things run even smoother



What We're Looking For:



  • A customer-focused attitude (our customers are our VIPs!)

  • Experience with network monitoring systems

  • Strong understanding of mobile telecoms network protocols

  • Analytical thinking skills (we love problem solvers!)
