What's the gig? 🤔



We're looking for a Broadband Technical Support Specialist to join our XLN for Small Business brand. Here's what you'll be doing:




  • Providing exceptional customer service - going above and beyond for our clients

  • Upselling products and services like a pro

  • Explaining complex tech stuff in simple terms

  • Configuring and supporting routers

  • Troubleshooting wired & wireless technologies

  • Understanding IP Networks and how they deliver broadband services



What we're looking for:




  • 1+ year of technical support experience (but passion is more important!)

  • A logical problem solver who's flexible in their approach

  • Knowledge of ADSL, Fibre, home networking, and broadband tech

  • Excellent people skills and customer empathy

  • Someone who thrives in a fun, social, vibrant team environment
