What You'll Be Doing:



  • Answering customer questions in English and Portuguese

  • Building relationships with our awesome Premier Customers

  • Diving deep into 600+ integrations

  • Creating helpful documentation

  • Participating in customer health check meetings



What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of SaaS technical support experience

  • Programming knowledge and Linux skills

  • Critical thinking and customer-first mindset

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
