Job Description

Join the TBCo Team as a Merchandiser! 🛍️



Hey there! We're TBCO, a cool B Corp-certified brand that's all about creating stylish statement pieces for your outfit and home. We're on the hunt for a savvy Merchandiser to join our crew for a 12-month adventure!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Crunching numbers to hit sales targets and keep our stock just right 📊

  • Planning our product lineup and making sure we've always got the hottest items

  • Keeping an eye on market trends and what our customers are loving

  • Working your magic with Excel and other systems to keep us running smoothly

  • Teaming up with our Design & Buying squads to create awesome collections



What We're Looking For:



  • 3+ years of merchandising experience

  • Excel wizard with a knack for numbers and analysis

  • Someone who's got their finger on the pulse of global retail

  • A go-getter who can juggle priorities like a pro

Location: Minimum 2-3 days a week at our Leith studio in Edinburgh

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
