Hey there, tech enthusiast! Are you ready for an amazing opportunity to be part of something big? AWE is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join their Chief Engineer's Office. This isn't just any job – it's a chance to make a real impact on the UK's deterrent program!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Supporting the Chief Engineer in setting and managing the overall Engineering strategy 📊

  • Establishing and implementing the governance framework for engineering

  • Optimizing engineering standards and providing technical support

  • Being the go-to person for technical issues and leading process improvements

  • Engaging with customers and regulators on engineering matters



What We're Looking For:



  • A STEM-related qualification

  • Experience with UK Legislation and compliance standards

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • The ability to influence key engineering activities

  • Experience in a highly regulated environment
