Join Our Team as a Technical Services Manager! 🌟



Hey there! We're NIJHUIS SAUR INDUSTRIES UK AND IRELAND, and we're on the lookout for a rockstar Technical Services Manager to join our crew in Truro, England. 🇬🇧



What's the gig about?


In a nutshell, you'll be the big cheese when it comes to our Technical Services offering. You'll be leading a diverse team, making sure we're hitting all our targets in safety, finances, and operations. Plus, you'll be the mastermind behind growing our business!



Your day-to-day adventures will include:



  • Being a safety superhero 🦸‍♂️

  • Motivating and developing your awesome team

  • Making sure our consulting projects run like clockwork

  • Coming up with cool ideas to grow the business

  • Working your magic on budgets and financial targets



What we're looking for:



  • A degree in Engineering or water treatment (or tons of experience)

  • At least 5 years of management experience

  • A knack for managing multi-disciplined teams

  • Strong leadership skills (like, superhero strong)
