Hey there! We've got an awesome opportunity for you to lead and develop a successful team of property management pros. As our Property Management Manager, you'll be the captain of a ship managing over 2,500 properties at our Great Shelford Property Management Centre. Cool, right?



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🚀 Leading the charge - You'll be responsible for your team's performance and efficiency

  • 👨‍🏫 Coaching and empowering your Team Managers to bring out the best in their teams

  • 🎯 Driving a customer-first culture - Motivating outbound calls and keeping an eye on performance

  • 🛠️ Ensuring your team is well-equipped to provide top-notch service

  • 📋 Championing compliance with all the legal stuff and company policies

  • 🏢 Overseeing operations to keep everything running smoothly and legally



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience in the Lettings business

  • Team management skills

  • Adaptability and resilience

  • A valid driving license
