What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinating residential and commercial moves from start to finish


• Chatting with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions


• Scheduling our removal teams like a pro


• Handling quotes, contracts, and invoices


• Keeping everything running smoothly with our drivers and moving teams


• Tackling any last-minute hiccups with a can-do attitude


• Keeping track of how we're doing and making sure our customers are happy


• Making sure we're following all the rules and staying safe

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in removals, logistics, or customer service (preferred, but not a deal-breaker)


• Amazing organizational and multitasking skills


• Great communication skills - both talking and writing


• Tech-savvy with scheduling and CRM software


• Ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines
