PEPSICO is on the hunt for a rockstar Site Engineering Lead to join our global engineering squad in Cork, Ireland. 🚀



What's the gig about?


You'll be the mastermind behind the Carrigaline Plant's capital projects, making sure our concentrate business (PGCS) stays at the top of its game. We're talking about delivering excellence in project execution and keeping everything running smoothly.



Your main missions:



  • Lead the charge on plant engineering projects

  • Manage a team of about 5 staff and 50 contractors

  • Balance budgets and schedules like a pro

  • Keep everyone in the loop with top-notch communication

  • Drive innovation and implement new solutions



What you'll bring to the table:



  • 6-10 years of process industry experience

  • Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)

  • Project management skills that'll make everyone go "Wow!"

  • A knack for motivating teams and getting things done
