What you'll be doing:

• Leading our sustainability strategy for new products


• Helping teams make eco-friendly decisions early in the design process


• Finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint and make our products more circular


• Creating sustainability guidelines for product development


• Researching and implementing low-carbon materials and technologies


• Developing tools to measure our products' environmental impact


• Inspiring and educating your colleagues about sustainability

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of product development experience


• Knowledge of mechanical, materials, and electronics design


• Understanding of sustainability and lifecycle thinking


• Experience with circular design strategies


• Project management skills


• Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (preferably Creo)


• Passion for sustainability and sustainable design


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
