Hey there, creative genius! Are you ready to make a real impact in the healthcare world? OPTUM, part of the UnitedHealth Group, is looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our Analytics Products team in Ireland!



What's the gig about?


We're on a mission to revolutionize how analytics and business intelligence are produced and consumed. Your job? To create stunning dashboards, graphs, and storytelling aids that make complex data easy to understand and visually compelling. It's like being a data translator, but with a lot more style! 😎



What you'll be doing:



  • Designing cool new features for our flagship analytics products

  • Working with a dynamic team of about 40 people in our internal startup-like environment

  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

  • Conducting user research and usability testing

  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

  • Contributing to our design systems and guidelines
