What You'll Do:



  • Play a key role in developing and translating cell and gene therapy products

  • Perform cutting-edge techniques like flow cytometry, cell culture, and PCR

  • Manage exciting projects with minimal supervision

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring therapies to life



What We're Looking For:



  • Science degree with 3+ years of experience (or Masters with 1-2 years)

  • Hands-on experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular biology

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation
