What You'll Do:



  • Create standard and customized reports in Workday for HR needs

  • Build eye-catching dashboards that tell a story with data

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements

  • Drive the use of self-service reports and empower our team

  • Support projects with field mapping and system designs



What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of experience with Workday reporting

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
