Are you ready to lead some awesome campaigns and make a real difference in the world? ME&YOU is on the hunt for a talented Creative Lead to join our team for an 11-month maternity cover starting December 1, 2024. We're a brand-focused design agency that works with organizations making a positive impact, and we need someone like you to take the creative reins!

What you'll be doing:

• Leading creative campaigns from concept to completion 🎨


• Ensuring brand consistency across all materials


• Managing projects, timelines, and budgets


• Creating captivating content and compelling copy


• Collaborating with our awesome team and partners


• Producing high-quality artwork and designs

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Creative Lead or similar role


• Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite


• Excellent project management and communication skills


• Ability to write engaging copy


• Willingness to be hands-on in both concept and production stages

Bonus points for:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or "for good" sectors


• WordPress, social media, and Google Analytics skills


• Animation, video editing, or UX/UI design skills

Location: Primarily remote with occasional meetings in Redhill, Surrey. You'll need to work from the Redhill office for the first month for training and handover.
