Hey there, creative genius! Are you ready to blend your passion for fitness and design into one amazing role? We've got an exciting opportunity for you at LES MILLS INTERNATIONAL in Auckland!



What's the gig?


We're looking for a Design Manager to join us for a 12-month contract (covering parental leave). You'll be working closely with our Global Design Director and marketing team to shape the creative direction of Les Mills International.



What you'll be doing:



  • Developing creative ideas to make Les Mills the most loved fitness brand 💪

  • Collaborating on global campaigns and photoshoots

  • Designing promotional materials to boost our program brands

  • Leading and mentoring a team of designers

  • Building the Les Mills brand for our consumer customers



What we're looking for:



  • 3+ years in graphic design at a senior level

  • 1+ year managing designers

  • Expert in Adobe Creative tools and Figma

  • Strong understanding of photography, typography, and production techniques

  • Digital design experience across multiple platforms
