Anyone actually used that gearbox repair place in Sharjah or is it too good to be true?

So my 2014 Audi A6 has been making this faint whining noise from the transmission for the past few weeks and it's slowly getting louder especially when I'm cruising at around eighty on Sheikh Zayed Road and the car shifts perfectly fine but the sound is just eating away at my sanity because I know how these things go, first it's a whine then it's a shudder then suddenly you're stranded in the fast lane with a gearbox full of glitter and a repair bill that makes you question every life choice that led you to buying a used German car. I've called around a few places in Al Quoz and the quotes I'm getting for even just a diagnosis are already making me sweat and then they start talking about removing the gearbox and sending it to some specialist and I just zone out because my brain can't process numbers that high for a car that's worth maybe thirty five grand on a good day. I was doom scrolling through some forums last night and stumbled across this website https://gearboxrepairsharjah.ae and honestly it looked pretty legit with all the different brands they claim to work on but you know how it is with the internet, a nice website doesn't mean the actual workshop isn't just a dusty garage with one lift and a guy named Mohammad who will take your transmission apart and then never answer his phone again. I'm just wondering if anyone in this community has actually taken their car up to these guys in Sharjah and can tell me if the work is solid and if the final bill actually resembled what they quoted upfront or if it's one of those situations where you go in for a seal replacement and suddenly they're telling you the whole mechatronic unit is shot and you're trapped because your gearbox is already in pieces on the floor. I don't mind the drive up there if it saves me a few thousand dirhams but I'm not trying to turn my Audi into a permanent resident of an industrial area I've never visited before.
