("us", "we", or "our") operates this website and other YouTalent websites and services including the YouTalent mobile application (together, or individually, the "Service" or “Website”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you interact with our Service. We will not use or share your personal information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy and cookie policy (together, “Privacy Policy”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy supplements our other policies and notices and is not intended to override them.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 25, 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. Social Networking Provider Data:
Data coming from other social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Payment Data:
Your name, credit card billing address, credit card details, transaction data in regards to purchase of particular goods or services from us.
Technical Data:
IP addresses, browsers information, time zone settings, operating system, device data, diagnostics data and related data that may be captured from the devices that you use to interact with the Service.

Data security
We have taken security precautions and put in place security measures to help protect your Personal Data. We also limit access to Personal Data only to the parties that have a need to do so. Data retention
Below is our data retention policy (“Data Retention Policy”) in regards to your Personal Data.
Note: We will strive to take steps to close or delete any accounts that have not interacted with the Service for a continuous and un-interrupted period of 10 years.
- Identity Data, Profile Data, Social Networking Provider Data, Marketing Data, Usage Data, and Technical Data will be kept for 5 years if you choose to close your account or your account is closed by us. If you request to delete your account or your account is manually deleted by us, the above-mentioned data will not be kept for longer than 2 years.
- Payment Data will be retained for up to 7 years.
- Communication Data and Public Data (that is in our possession) may be retained by us up to 5 years following closure or deletion of your account.
- We may anonymize your Personal Data for statistical and research purposes in which case this anonymized data may be retained for us indefinitely.
- Occasionally we take backups of your Personal Data that we keep around for no longer than 1 year.
- Under certain circumstances we may keep all of your Personal Data for as long as necessary due to matters that may involve you, you and us, or other relevant parties, such as: legal requirements or requests, ongoing law enforcement or criminal investigations; litigation proceedings, legal claims, court proceedings, and alike matters.
