Hey there! Are you ready to make a real impact on global health? OPTUM, part of UNITEDHEALTH GROUP, is looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Risk Management team in Dublin or Letterkenny, Ireland. 🍀



What you'll be doing:



  • Managing audit and assessment requests

  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls

  • Conducting client system access audits

  • Leading discussions with business partners and tech teams

  • Preparing clear and accurate work papers



What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, Technology, or equivalent

  • Experience in conducting compliance, financial, and/or operations audits

  • Strong communication skills

  • Flexibility and dependability
