Job Description

Hey there! We're looking for a Business Systems Analysis Specialist to join our awesome team at PGIM PRIVATE CAPITAL in Letterkenny, Ireland. 🍀



Here's what you'll be doing:




  • Using your business analysis skills to improve our processes

  • Working with end-users to understand and document their needs

  • Supporting our technical teams in building and maintaining systems

  • Creating process flows and conducting gap analyses

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends



What we're looking for:




  • Bachelor's degree in business (focus on asset management is a plus!)

  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis

  • Experience with tools like Jira

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
