¿Buscas un nuevo desafío en el mundo de la arquitectura? UNEN SERVICIOS PARA LA ARQUITECTURA está en busca de un Arquitecto Técnico con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Barcelona. 🏙️



Resumen del puesto:


Necesitamos un profesional con al menos 3 años de experiencia para nuestro Departamento de Estudios. Te encargarás de desarrollar concursos, realizar mediciones, analizar ofertas y mucho más.



Tus responsabilidades incluirán:



  • Revisión detallada de documentación

  • Realización de mediciones y ofertas económicas

  • Petición y análisis de ofertas a proveedores

  • Visitas a obras

  • Búsqueda y mantenimiento de relaciones con proveedores



Lo que necesitas:



  • Titulación en Arquitectura/Arquitectura técnica/Ingeniería

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en labores similares

  • Conocimientos en mediciones, licitaciones, control de costes, ejecución de obra

  • Nivel alto de inglés y catalán bilingüe

  • Dominio de MS Excel, Word, Project, Autocad y Presto
