You'll be using your mad data science and machine learning skills to analyze clinical and claims data, find ways to save costs, and deliver some seriously cool business insights. It's all about partnering with the Pharmacy business units to build scalable solutions to real-world problems.
What you'll be doing:
- Crunching numbers and producing analytic output to support decision-making
- Building scalable data solutions for core business functions
- Collaborating with different teams to understand their needs and deliver awesome solutions
- Implementing process improvements and automation for efficiency
- Using predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data visualization to address business priorities
What you'll need:
- A degree in a relevant field (analytics, mathematics, economics, etc.)
- Experience in data analytics or data science, preferably with healthcare-related data
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language like R or Python
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
