Stiamo cercando un Specialista Senior di Campagne E-mail e CRM per il nostro team CRM. Lavorerai con noi per:




  • Sviluppare ed eseguire campagne di marketing personalizzate 📧

  • Ottimizzare le conversioni e la fidelizzazione dei clienti

  • Creare esperienze coinvolgenti per i nostri 55 milioni di utenti giornalieri



Cosa farai:




  • Gestire campagne e-mail, SMS, push e landing page usando piattaforme CRM e CDP

  • Sviluppare flussi di automazione marketing B2B e B2C

  • Progettare customer journey personalizzati

  • Analizzare le performance e identificare opportunità di miglioramento



Requisiti:




  • 5+ anni di esperienza in CRM/marketing

  • Ottima conoscenza di Salesforce Marketing Cloud e AMPscript

  • Esperienza di coding HTML/CSS per email responsive

  • Conoscenza delle best practice di email marketing e normative GDPR
