Job Description

Hey there, tech enthusiast! 👋



Are you ready to join an awesome team at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust? We're on the lookout for an IT Operations Assistant to help keep our computer systems running smoothly. 🖥️



What you'll be doing:



  • Handling incidents and keeping an eye on system performance

  • Managing daily start-ups and shutdowns

  • Creating user accounts and email addresses

  • Ensuring secure backups and restores



We're all about putting patients first, so we need someone who shares our values and believes in providing top-notch care.



The ideal candidate:



  • Has recent IT experience within WWL (that's us!)

  • Is passionate about healthcare and technology

  • Loves being part of a team that makes a difference
