What You'll Be Doing:



  • Being the superhero of our IT support team

  • Tackling a variety of cool tech challenges

  • Keeping our systems running smoothly

  • Providing top-notch support to our awesome staff



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line support

  • Windows and Active Directory wizardry

  • Network know-how (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • A knack for solving problems and thinking outside the box

  • Great communication skills

  • A genuine love for all things tech
