Here's what you'll be doing:




  • Providing awesome first-line IT support to our business community 💻

  • Troubleshooting and fixing software issues like a pro 🛠️

  • Managing user accounts and keeping our systems running smoothly

  • Being the go-to person for all things tech-related!



What we're looking for:




  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support

  • Excellent skills in desktop, laptop, and mobile device support

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products

  • Great communication skills in English (and local language is a plus!)

  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently
