What you'll be doing:
- Helping our users with hardware and software issues (both remotely and in-person)
- Setting up new computers and deploying software
- Troubleshooting and fixing hardware problems
- Managing our IT assets and print systems
- Keeping our mobile devices in check
- Making sure we meet our service level agreements
What we're looking for:
- A customer service superstar who can build great relationships
- Someone who loves working with others and improving processes
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Tech skills in Windows, Office 365, Azure, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of Active Directory and device management tools
