Job Description

Hey there, tech enthusiast! 👋



Are you ready to join the awesome team at INIZIO as a Desktop Support Engineer? We're looking for someone who's passionate about providing top-notch support to our users and keeping our tech running smoothly. 🖥️



What you'll be doing:



  • Helping our users with hardware and software issues (both remotely and in-person)

  • Setting up new computers and deploying software

  • Troubleshooting and fixing hardware problems

  • Managing our IT assets and print systems

  • Keeping our mobile devices in check

  • Making sure we meet our service level agreements



What we're looking for:



  • A customer service superstar who can build great relationships

  • Someone who loves working with others and improving processes

  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet

  • Tech skills in Windows, Office 365, Azure, and mobile devices

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and device management tools
