What You'll Be Doing:



  • Keeping our Microsoft environments running smoothly

  • Sharing your expertise on Microsoft infrastructure

  • Chatting with IT and business folks about tech stuff

  • Helping categorize and resolve IT tickets

  • Staying on top of GDPR compliance

  • Meeting those all-important Service Level Agreements



What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of helpdesk experience

  • Level 7 or higher qualification in computer science

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments

  • Experience with patch management and system upgrades

  • Expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft systems

  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
