What You'll Be Doing:



  • Managing and maintaining desktop systems as we roll out new applications

  • Troubleshooting technical issues like a pro

  • Deploying hardware and software

  • Providing top-notch end-user support



What We're Looking For:



  • 5+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer (healthcare experience is a big plus!)

  • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, Windows OS, and software applications

  • Familiarity with healthcare apps and clinical decision support tools

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a friendly, patient attitude
