What you'll be doing:

• Being the tech superhero for our staff, helping them with all sorts of computer issues


• Setting up and testing new computer systems (it's like LEGO, but cooler!)


• Troubleshooting software problems (think of yourself as a digital detective)


• Managing our tech inventory (because someone's gotta keep track of all those gadgets)

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support (but hey, if you're a quick learner, we're all ears!)


• Solid skills in Windows and Microsoft Office (you know, the usual suspects)


• A knack for customer service (because let's face it, not everyone speaks 'tech')


• Fluency in English and the local language (bilingual bragging rights!)

This job is perfect for someone who loves tech, enjoys helping people, and doesn't mind a bit of problem-solving adventure. You'll be working shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some on-call duties thrown in for extra excitement!
