Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference?



EMMAUS NORFOLK & WAVENEY is on the hunt for two amazing facilitators to join their team! 🌟



What's the gig?



  • Deliver supportive programs for women who've faced tough times

  • Work 12 hours a week (Thursdays and Fridays)

  • Be part of a year-long pilot project (with potential for permanent roles)



What you'll be doing:



  • Running two 8-week workshops on sexual violence and domestic abuse

  • Helping shape an innovative Women's Only initiative

  • Supporting nine women in their journey to recovery and growth



What we're looking for:



  • Great facilitating skills

  • Awesome communication

  • Ability to handle complex situations

  • A positive "can-do" attitude



Bonus points if you have experience in trauma-informed practice, asset-based approaches, or supporting vulnerable adults!
