What You'll Be Doing:



  • Making a real difference in people's lives with severe mental health needs

  • Helping folks achieve their personal recovery goals

  • Working in a cool, integrated Mental Health Team

  • Managing a complex but rewarding workload



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience working with mental health patients

  • Community setting experience is a big plus

  • Assessment and care management skills

  • A passion for helping others and teamwork



New grads welcome! We're open to newly qualified Social Workers too!
