Hey there! Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We've got an exciting opportunity for you! THE NOEL GROUP is looking for a caring and dedicated Social Liaison Officer to join their team.



What's the job all about?


You'll be the friendly face of the organization, supporting residents (especially those with special needs) and ensuring they get the help they need. It's all about making sure everyone feels welcome and cared for!



Your main responsibilities:



  • 🤝 Support residents with accessing services from various organizations

  • 🔍 Identify and respond to the needs of vulnerable residents

  • 🤝 Connect residents with support agencies and community groups

  • 📞 Communicate with the client welfare team

  • 📚 Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices



What you'll need:



  • A QQI Level 7 qualification in social care or related field

  • Experience in social care, focusing on equality and diversity

  • Great communication and organizational skills

  • A full driver's license and your own vehicle
