Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities? We're looking for a caring and dedicated Residential Social Care Worker to join our team!



What You'll Do:



  • Provide day-to-day personal care and support for our residents

  • Ensure residents experience dignity, respect, and have opportunities to make choices

  • Help residents reach their maximum potential in independence and personal development

  • Participate in person-centered planning and care reviews

  • Encourage community involvement and support residents' aspirations



What You'll Need:



  • A degree (level 7 or 8) in Social Care / Social Studies or equivalent

  • CORU registration or eligibility

  • Experience in social care, especially with adults with intellectual disabilities

  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

  • Flexibility for shift work over a 24/7 roster
