CAMPHILL COMMUNITIES OF IRELAND is on the hunt for a Social Care Assistant to join their team in Dunshane, Co. Kildare. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and wants to make a real difference in people's lives.



What you'll be doing:



  • 🏠 Supporting residents in their daily lives

  • đź‘Ą Working as part of a dedicated team

  • đź“ť Implementing person-centered plans

  • đźš— Assisting with transport and community integration



What we're looking for:



  • QQI Level 5 Major Award or equivalent in Social Care

  • 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults

  • A full driver's license and your own car

  • Great communication skills and IT proficiency
