Hey there! We're looking for a fantastic Social Care Worker to join our team at Dunshane, near Naas. If you're passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and want to make a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 😊

What You'll Do:

• Advocate for and empower the individuals we support


• Implement person-centered support plans


• Assist with daily living activities and personal care


• Organize and participate in social and recreational activities


• Manage household tasks and finances


• Administer medications and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For:

• Level 7 BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification


• At least 1 year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT skills


• Full driver's license and access to a car (essential)
