Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Looking for an exciting opportunity in the medical device industry?



GXP RECRUITMENT is on the hunt for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their awesome client in Cork, Ireland! 🍀



What's the gig about?


You'll be the go-to person for all things supplier-related! From selecting the best suppliers to managing process changes and providing technical support, you'll be at the heart of keeping the supply chain running smoothly.



Your main tasks will include:



  • Being a tech whiz on supplier management teams 🤓

  • Solving quality issues and implementing improvements

  • Working with various teams to ensure components meet requirements

  • Developing new supply sources and approving process changes

  • Leading material value improvement projects



What you'll need:



  • A Level 8 qualification in Engineering or Science

  • 2-5 years of experience in Supplier Engineering or Engineering Project Management

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A knack for teamwork and collaboration
