Exciting Opportunity for an Industrial Engineer! 🚀



Hey there! Are you ready for a thrilling new challenge in the medical device industry? We've got just the thing for you! Our client, a leading medical device company, is on the hunt for a talented Industrial Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Applying Lean Manufacturing tools and DMAIC methodologies to improve processes 🛠️

  • Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to boost business performance

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, Line Optimization, and 5S

  • Training and mentoring employees on Lean Manufacturing systems

  • Leading Line Optimisation Initiatives

  • Collaborating with R&D and Process Development teams



What You'll Need:



  • Level 8 in a STEM discipline

  • Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean tools

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent

  • Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 required
